Step 1. Scan from tibial plafond to base of metatarsals.
Step 2. Use this dataset to obtain sagittal reformats aligned with calcaneus as shown.
Step 3. Use sagittal image to obtain true axial reformats parallel to the base of the foot as shown. as shown.
Step 4. Use sagittal image to obtain true coronal reformats perpendicular to tibiotalar joint
Step 5. Use sagittal image to obtain and axial oblique and coronal oblique (Step 6) reformats parallel and perpendicular to the posterior facet as shown.
